53 year old woman with Left breast cancer. She opted for a Wide Local Excision and Sentinel Node Biopsy and B/L breast Reduction/Lift for best aesthetic results. She required post-op radiation to Left Breast and hormonal treatment after that. Results at 1.5 years post op.

57 year old woman with Left Breast Cancer in the tail of the breast. She opted for Wide Local Excision and Sentinel Node Biopsy (later needing a completion Axillary Clearance). In addition, she had a volume replacement procedure called LICAP flap to keep surgery one sided and provide good aesthetic outcome. Subsequent to surgery she had radiation to the breast and armpit and hormonal treatment as well. Results at 9 months post -op.

37 year old woman with self detected Left Breast Cancer. She opted for Wide Local Excision and Sentinel Node Biopsy and a Benelli therapeutic mammaplasty to same breast. Subsequently she required radiation and hormonal treatment, as well as genetic assessment.

53 year-old woman with self-detected multicentric Right Breast cancer. She opted for hook-wire guided Right Breast Wide Local Excision and Sentinel Node Biopsy with Bilateral Breast Reduction/Lift approach, with an Extended right breast pedicle and Free Nipple Graft to get appropriate cancer clearance and good aesthetic result. She required subsequent chemotherapy, radiation therapy and hormonal treatment. Results at 1 year post op.

58 year old woman with BreastScreen detected Left Breast cancer. She opted for Left Breast hookwire guided Wide Local Excision and Sentinel Node Biopsy and a Bennelli therapeutic mammaplasty to same breast. After surgery radiation and hormonal treatment was also given. Results at 5 years post op.

71 year old woman with Breast Screen detected Right Breast cancer. She opted for Wide Local Excision and Sentinel Node Biopsy and right breast Bennelli therapeutic mammaplasty for enhanced aesthetic outcome. 59 year old woman with BreastScreen detected DCIS in Left Breast. She opted for Left Breast Wide Local Excision and B/L Breast Reduction/Lift using inferior pedicle approach for improved aesthetic outcome. She also received post-op radiotherapy treatment. Results at 2 years post-op.

37 year old woman with self-detected Left Breast Cancer in the setting of strong family history. She opted for Left Breast Wide Local Excision and Sentinel Node Biopsy and Bennelli therapeutic mammaplasty. She needed additional chemotherapy, radiotherapy and extended hormonal treatment as well genetic assessment. Results at 5 years post-op. Some breast asymmetry developed over time due to significant weight gain over the years.

49 year old with incidental finding of a Left Breast lump, whilst planning for a breast lift. She had a hookwire guided excision biopsy and Periareolar mammaplasty with incidental discovery of DCIS. Subsequently she required radiotherapy treatment. She eventually went on to have breast implants and breast lift several years later. Results are 1.5 years post initial surgery.

71 year old woman with self-detected Left Breast cancer. She opted for Left Breast Wide Local Excision and Sentinel Node Biopsy and Racquet Therapeutic left mammaplasty for improved aesthetic outcome. She also required chemotherapy, radiotherapy and hormonal treatments. Results at 5 years post-op.

73 year old woman with Right breast cancer. She was treated with Right Wide Local Excision and Sentinel Node Biopsy (later converted to Axillary Clearance) and Bilateral Breast Reduction with a Bipedicle Reduction approach on the right side and subsequent radiation treatment to right side and hormonal treatment. Results at 6 months post op.

47 year old woman with BreastScreen detected DCIS in the right breast. She opted for Right Breast Wide local excision and Sentinel Node Biopsy and B/L Breast Reduction procedure. The right breast was complicated by addition of an Extended Pedicle approach and a Nipple Graft to achieve good clearance of the cancer, whilst preserving aesthetic outcome. There was post operative radiation to right breast causing breast lymphoedema and swelling and mild asymmetry. Results at 1 year post op.
