zipMoney is a safe, simple and convenient way to manage the cost of your treatments/procedures. It provides you with the ability to obtain the procedure you need right away, and the flexibility to pay over time in installments that suit you.

• Up to 12 months interest free on each payment to your clinic.
• No deposit required, apply for an account limit that will cover the full cost of procedure. Any unused funds will remain as available credit in your account.
• zipMoney ensures you can get the treatment you need, with the flexibility to spread the cost over time. The entire process is paperless and can be completed in a matter of moments.

Conditions: 12 month pre-pay

• Terms: on patient chosen instalment terms (as long as the remittance advice is emailed to us and the name used as a reference)
• Fees provided on the financial estimate will be honoured (will not be changed) for the duration of 12 months (length of pre-payment), instead of usual 6 months.

These costs will only be charged if required at the time of surgery or during your hospital stay.

• We accept: Cash, Cheque, EFTPOS (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and Debit Cards)
• Please note, if paying with Credit Card, surcharge of 3% for AMEX, and 1.5% for VISA and Master Card will apply.
• If you are paying with cash, please note that we do not keep cash on the premises, the exact payment is appreciated.
• As a courtesy to our patients in financial hardships, or those undertaking large procedures we offer a payment plan, which is worked out individually.
• For pensioners, upon presentation of pension card, we provide a no gap service for consultations.
• All surgical fees must be prepaid 2 weeks prior to procedure.
• All consultation fees must be fully prepaid at the time of booking or prior to appointment.
