This gallery shows correction of breast asymmetry and tuberous breasts by Dr Michael Yunaev in Sydney. No two cases here use the same plan: you will see asymmetry corrected by reducing or lifting one side, tuberous breast shape corrected with implant exchange and capsulectomy, and combinations decided by each woman’s anatomy. That variety is the point of this gallery, so read the notes to find anatomy like your own. Individual results vary. For the approaches available, see breast asymmetry correction, or book a consultation.
A 32-year-old woman with large asymmetric breasts underwent a breast reduction and lift to correct the asymmetry and achieve a more balanced appearance. The procedure successfully reduced the size of her breasts while enhancing their shape, resulting in a more proportional and aesthetically pleasing silhouette.
The patient had severe tuberous deformity and asymmetry. A two-stage procedure was performed. Stage 1: Bilateral breast reduction mammaplasty and lift/mastopexy. Stage 2: Breast augmentation mammaplasty to enhance appearance with Mentor 425cc round implant.
Results shown are post Stage 1 correction.
